Returns & Exchanges

YOUR SATISFACTION IS OUR MAIN CONCERN

RETURNS:

  • Items must be unworn/unused and in original condition and packaging.

  • If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange the item within 14 days of receiving the item. 

  • Shipping cost will not be returned, and it is the buyer's responsibility to pay for the return shipping costs.

  • If parcel lost or sent to the wrong address, we will not refund or exchange.

  • Refund will be placed only after receiving the jewelry back. Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and applied via paypal, within a certain amount of days.

  • Custom orders / Special orders / Sale items- can not be returned or refunded (except damaged items).

REFUNDS:

  • Items must be unworn/unused and in original condition and packaging.

  • If the item sent has any quality defect or damage, please contact us within 3 days of receiving it. We will replace the product and ship it to you. (shipment fee is on us).

  • Shipping cost will not be returned, and it is the buyer's responsibility to pay for the return shipping costs.
